A reinforcing frame (SS, SUS304, or GALVANIZED STEEL) is required in cases where the specific gravity and/or service temperature exceeds the conditions outlined here.
Features
- Reinforcing frame not required as the sufficient thick wall provides excellent overall strength.
- DAILITE has superior technologies to unite the tank body and nozzles by Heat Fusion system which enables no worry about liquid leakage.
- For 4,000L~20,000L types, the Anchor mount and installation plate is monolithically molded into the tank, making it a suitable option for plants and factories that require exceptional strength and seismic calculations.
- Ceiling nozzles can be mounted in many configurations.
- To allow for safe unloading, tanks measuring 1,000L or more come with standard lifting lugs affixed to the top of the tank.
Use
Particularly suitable for chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid, and hydrofluoric acid, which cause issues with gasket materials.
